LEAGUE STIPULATIONS: (Revised for Summer 2009)
Prior to the draft, all players MUST be registered and paid. (This
includes all core players.)
All players will be drafted on a team and can ONLY play for that team.
Any player playing for another team will FORFEIT his registration for the
remainder of the season.
All player information is used during the draft. Any player who
intentionally misleads team coaches by not fully disclosing their player
status will forfeit registration and season.

2- Print the waiver attached below and at the end
of the survey.
3- Bring waiver with $125.00 check (Made out to
"Mohawk Lacrosse Club") to Breakaway Sports
on New Loudon Road in Latham.
4- PLEASE PAY BY CHECK!
